1. Reservation Process
Reservations are confirmed after direct communication and mutual agreement via WhatsApp or phone.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 14:00 – 20:00
Check-out: Until 12:00
Early or late arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
3. Payment Terms
Payment details and methods will be communicated directly during the reservation process. Full or partial prepayment may be required to secure your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed conditions.
5. House Rules
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Please respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours.
Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded.
Any damage to property may result in additional charges.
6. Liability
Authentic Turkish Home is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
8. Agreement
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
